Pair of Umberto Asnago "Progetti" armchairs for Giorgetti, signed, italy 1980s
Progetti signed and made by the Giorgetti Research Center is a tall bergère with a solid beech frame The armrests are made of polished pau ferro.
Umberto Asagno began working for Giorgetti in 1968, becoming head designer and leading their design research center. He is a well-known figure in Italian design and fashion, known for his showrooms and visionary environments.
The armchairs are in excellent condition, and the covers are easily removable and washable.
