Beautiful sculptural round coffee table, Belgium 1970. The top is made of highly polished cream white Mactan stone supported by a signature textured carved stone tile base. This table offers an artful centrepiece with its step level profile. Its solid form and organic shapes bring a natural yet sophisticated presence to any living space, ideal for those appreciating distinctive mid-century elements. This very nice coffee table is in very good original condition. Mactan is an island in The Philippines, famed for the surrounding coral reefs. It is a popular tourist destination, particularly with snorkelers and divers and renowned for the incredible variety of marine life on show.
