Vintage Design

A beautiful pair of Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern wall lamps, produced in Sweden in the 1940s. While the manufacturer remains unidentified, the quality of craftsmanship and materials suggests production by one of the more established Swedish lighting makers of the period. Each lamp is crafted entirely from solid brass, featuring an elegantly sculpted arm with subtle decorative detailing, supporting a bullet-shaped lampholder. The design strikes a fine balance between simplicity and ornamentation, characteristic of Scandinavian lighting from this era. The lamps are complemented by tapered shades wrapped in natural rope, adding texture and warmth while softly diffusing the light.
