This is a little Landscape Painting, Seascape Painting, Rough Sea with Waves.

This antique oil painting, oil on canvas has an original Golden Frame, XIX century, where there is a Plaque with the name of the painter and his participation in the ''Salon De Paris''.

The antique painting, Stormy sea, is signed at bottom right by Serrier, a French painter.

Serrier Georges pierre Louis (1852-1949), was born in Thionville and was a landscape painter.

Pupil of Oudry, he began exhibiting at the ''Salon De Paris'' and in 1888 became a member of the ''Sociétaire des Artistes Français''.

He receives many medals, one bronze when he participates in the Exposition Universelle de Paris in 1900.
