An exceptional patinated bronze vase produced by SVM – Svenska Metallverken, Sweden, circa 1930s. The vase features a beautifully rounded, sculptural form with horizontal brass bands encircling the body, creating a refined contrast against the richly mottled green and brown patinated surface. The patina has developed depth and variation over time, enhancing the vase’s organic and architectural character. A small engraved inscription is present on one side, subtly integrated into the design and consistent with the period. The base is stamped with the maker’s mark, confirming its origin.
