Vintage Design

This set of leather swivel chair with a black steel base and leather tabouret was produced by Drevotvar Pardubice furniture factory in former Czechoslovakia in the 1970’s.

The elegant shape and proportions of this swivel armchair were clearly inspired by the Scandinavian furniture design of the time. Especially the “sharply shaped'‘ armrests give the whole piece a very dynamic and expressive look. The burgundy leather on the other hand is an archetype of the 1970s luxury, and mostly used in prestigious Hotel lounges or Airport VIP suites.

The armchair is very comfortable and enjoyable to sit on, and it's design fits perfectly into both a modern or more traditional interior.

The delivery partner will email and/or call you at least one day in advance to arrange a delivery time. A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection. Item will be left in its packaging after delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.
In-Home Delivery: (For in-home delivery service, additional fees apply. For unusually large or heavy items, we recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand, as we cannot send more than 2 drivers.
