Vintage Design

Pivoting office armchair of the 70s - 80s that we owe to the famous Roneo house: solid, high quality and comfortable it is composed of a star metal base allowing it to pivot and return to its place. Fixed in height, the seat (H47cm/50cm/46.5cm deep) and the backrest are padded and garnished with brick red fabric. The French Compagnie du Neostyl was born in 1902. Originally, it was called Neostyl (English company) and specialized in the manufacture and marketing of stencils duplicators. In 1907, the French Compagnie du Neostyl became the Roneo company in order to make and also distribute office furniture in wood and then quickly in metal. At its peak in the 1960s Ronéo built a factory in the Oise putting a final end with wooden furniture. These activities have enabled the company to develop to become an essential reference in the world of office furniture. As proof ronéotyper and gnawing (reproducing at the Ronéo) are present in the dictionaries. In 1970, the company was sold to the English group Vickers. Ronéo furniture remains one of the flagship brands in industrial furniture.
