Maison Lecan presents this iconic coffee table designed by Hans Bellmann in the 1950s, a famous Swiss designer.

The molded birch-veneered plywood top is distinguished by its raised edges and angular cutouts, giving the piece a silhouette that is both graphic and functional. It rests on a black-lacquered tubular metal base, finished with characteristic light-colored glides.

An emblematic element of post-war Swiss design, this table perfectly illustrates the quest for lightness, modularity, and formal rigor that pervaded European creations in the 1950s.
