Extraordinary 19th century Rustic Tramp Art wall mirror out of Austria from the period around 1860. Hand carved out of basswood, this incredible antique mirror shows a beautifully design: the black frame is adorned by chip carved bars. Stained in a nice light brown tone, the attached bars build a fantastic contrast and confers this very popular kind of mirror a truly unique look. An outstanding, real old piece of a Tramp Art mirror coming in great restored condition. The hand-forged ring on the backside makes wall mounting easy.
