Vintage Design

Functionalist Bauhaus Desk by Mücke-Melder, Fryštát, CZ, circa 1930s.
The desk can be used as a partners desk from two sides. Oak veneered on softwood. Chromed tubular steel frame with original patina. Left and right each 4 deep drawers, by locking the top drawer all 4 drawers are lockable. In the style of Marcel Breuer’s steel tube desks, this desk was designed by Rudolf Vichr for Mücke-Melder in the 1930s.
Very good condition.
