Mid-century modern important seating piece by Jacques Charpentier, France, 1960s. Designers Francois Monnet, Francoise See, Jacques Charpentier, Michel Boyer and Maria Pergay succeeded to create excellent furniture in stainless steel. Maria Pergay kept working in stainless steel. She is known for her frivolous and expressive designs in this 'cold' and Industrial material.
