Stunning Burr Walnut Cocktail Cabinet with Maple Interior bespoke design by High Wycombe Cabinet Makers Heath & Rackstraw. Original key that locks both cupboards. The top section has curved maple shelving to enable Bottles to be stored in the center section and surrounding shelving for storage of glasses of different sizes. The cabinet has been rewired and illuminates on opening. Stunning inlay of maple to the walnut doors on the interior and brass plaque labels giving authenticity and history to the piece. The cabinet was made as a bespoke piece. Pull out Drinks Tray for preparation with walnut frame and maple top with glass in perfect condition. Lower Cupboard with Central Divider and a fixed storage shelf to both sides. Internal brass latches to upper and lower cupboards on the left side and the doors to the right are fitted with the original locks. Beautifully crafted legs that form part of the frame to the cabinet. Sturdy and solid with no wobbles or apparent repairs. In exceptional vintage condition throughout with no unsightly marks or damage that affect the function or stability. The item has been thoroughly cleaned and lightly polished ready for use. There are a couple of tiny chinks to the bottom edge, left of the maple inlay detail but they are minor and not immediately apparent. They could easily be filled for the absolute perfectionist but we would say unnecessary. Buyer will be delighted with the quality and condition of this item.
