Rare Banci Firenze ceiling light – Italian design – Handcrafted floral metalwork

For sale is an exceptionally beautiful ceiling light from Banci Firenze, a renowned Italian manufacturer known for its artistic lighting in the classic Florentine style. This exclusive piece dates from the mid-20th century and is a prime example of Italian craftsmanship of the highest quality.

The light is crafted from hand-shaped and intricately painted metal. It features a floral composition with a central, stylized flower made of gilded and silver-plated metal leaves, surrounded by three curved arms with E14 sockets. The leaves and ornaments are finely detailed and finished with an elegant patina in gold and silver tones – typical of Florentine lighting design, which captures the charm of centuries past.
