Beautiful and original example of the iconic elephant footstool made in England by Dimitri Omersa. c.1950

Commissioned by Liberty of London, and later by Abercrombie & Fitch, since the 1920s, the elephant was one of the earliest animals to be produced and has been a staple feature in Omersa's catalogue right up to the modern day. This example would be similar in size to the medium footstool. The leather has developed a beautiful depth of colour.

A rare chance to own an all original Omersa footstool with bags of character and charm.
