Extremely rare pair of large sculptures , stylised figurine of a man and woman by Heifetz USA, circa 1950's, The stylised and sinuous figures are cleverly carved to conform with the choice of wood and its grain. from the ebonized amobae shaped base to the slender pointed finial this pair exude an unmistakable 50/60s quality.
