Moroccan Tazenakht rug Vintage Moroccan rug from 1970s, made with all natural colours as if it is reflecting the beautiful colours of the Mediterranean or perhaps the Ocean, sand dunes, deserts and the hills, decorated with tribal patterns in multitude of blues, reds oranges and yellows, this is truly a beautiful rug and a gorgeous work of art. Tazenakht rugs are from High Atlas area of Morocco and made in the villages around Zagora desert and are woven with local wool and dyes. This rug is in good condition and ready to use. Please note there are fringes only at one end of the rug, this is how it is supposed to be, weave was started from the looped end with no fringes and the excess warps at the end is turned into fringes. Professionally cleaned and dusted.
