About This Piece

Vintage Design

An exceptional Italian designer floor lamp from the Florentine manufacturer MLE Lighting, designed by Lorenzo Bellini for exclusive hotels and commercial spaces.

The tall, elegantly tapered body is entirely covered in finely grained teak veneer and rests on a solid metal base. A chrome-plated central tube connects the conical body to a cubic end element made of dark-stained wood, emphasizing the lamp's architectural design.

The generously sized cylindrical shade creates a pleasantly soft, diffused light, lending the lamp a serene, timeless presence. The design combines the clean geometry of Italian minimalism with the warm radiance of fine natural materials.

MLE primarily produced its lamps in small, handcrafted series for international luxury hotels and high-end interior design projects. Lorenzo Bellini's designs are characterized by high-quality materials, precise craftsmanship, and understated elegance.
