This industrial side chair was designed by Ahrend Design Team and manufactured by Tan-Sad in the United Kingdom in the 1920s. It features a black metal base with a black seat. The seats are made of early composite type plastic (Bakelite) and have some cracks around the bolted joints, as seen in the photos.
