A beautiful table by contemporary artist John Hock. The shape is inspired by a table as they were seen in monasteries or still are. The sheet of plain walnut with so-called live edge lies on a blackened bronze foot. Stable in material and form, simple and timeless. Manufactured by Atelier John Hock. Hock learned to think with your hands during a training in carpentry early 90s in Germany. After studying architecture at the Technical University of Darmstadt, he led with his wife, the award-winning fashion designer Elena Zenero, goya goya fashion label. For the label he designed outlets in Frankfurt, Milan and Zurich, exhibition stands and furniture and turned since 2012 his own furniture line to.
