About This Piece

Vintage Design

Originals produced in Austria, Bauhauspiece is sometimes among the rare of its kind. This desk is a product of the small Viennese company “Josef and Leopold Quittner” (decrypted on the metal rings between the steel tube connections) . This was based in Michelbeuerngasse.
The desk has 5 shops and a box part. The steel tube construct is on spherical feet. A black inserted glass plate serves as a table top.

The wooden elements of the desk were stained in dark palatees, while the steel tube was left in the original condition (can be polished up at an additional charge).
