In the middle of the twentieth century, Accolay was the setting for a revolution in ceramics. Four alumni of Alexander Kostanda settled in the small village of Yonne in the mid-40s, many potters will follow their example. For forty years, Accolay potters production is impressive, original and daring. This lovely cover pot with his brilliant brown glaze is a lovely piece, utilitarian and decorative.

The ceramic is in very good condition. It can be used in storage compartment, candy or jewelry box. It is signed hollow potters of Accolay on its reverse. It is in very good condition.
