These are a pair of antique early 20th Century Chinese hardwood barrel design garden seats and are in excellent condition. They could also be used as indoor seats / stools or as side tables or jardinieres. They have many uses and at the same time looking absolutely wonderful. These seats are carved and densely decorated with flora and foliage, the detail is amazing. On the bottom of each ledge / shelf there is a large carved flower. They are in excellent vintage condition. This pair of barrel seats are very decorative and would fit into any Oriental themed home interior or commercial setting. Would look good in a Chinese restaurant / Oriental Restaurant / Business / Commercial / Retail oriental theme. Would be great for any interior designer to use for an Oriental themed interior design project.
