About This Piece

Vintage Design

Extremely rare but most likely unique "Sandwich" coffee table by Titina Ammannati & Gianpiero Vitelli for Brunati ± 1972. To be honest; I have never seen this table before. The heavy weight Carrara marble top has two round rims and is cut thinner on two sides. The two rounded sides has been polished shiny untill the cutted line. The rest of the marble top is left raw. The frame is made of a chrome sled base. The marble top is supported by two turned around slede bases which are shorter then the ground legs. Feet and supporters are mounted on a heavy enameled steel sheet.
The marble table weighs about 50 Kg.
