Vintage Design

French set of a oak table and its four chairs, circa 1960. The shape of the chairs and table are inspired by the lines of art nouveau. On the back of each chair, integrated into a frame in the form of a blazon, are two sculptures (one at the front and the other at the back) of an animal: dog, pigeon, duck, pheasant, turkey, deer, hare, wild boar. The lot was ordered for a private hunting lodge. Good vintage condition with nice patina. dimension of the chairs: D: 20.47 in., L: 17.32 in. H: 37.01 in. (52/44/94 cm) Sitting height : 17.72 in. (45 cm).
