Vintage Design

Italian vintage sideboard with drinks cupboard (circa 1950s), possibly by celebrated furniture maker, Vittorio Dassi. This represents iconic design along with a gorgeous marquetry exterior. There are three cupboard spaces with key holes in each. It is incredibly stylish with a majestic presence coupled with a constant proportionality between the cupboard doors. Furthering the appeal, the top surface has in-built black glass protecting the wood. The centre cupboard one finds the sophisticated cocktail drawer with a shelf for tumblers and room for bottles and mixing equipment. The key and lock keep out unwanted minors from sneaking in that vodka pick-me-up before school. The piece is in fair overall condition with age-related nicks, scrapes and blemishes.
