We are delighted to offer for sale this exhibition quality English mahogany circa 1880 revolving bookcase table with nicely carved cabriole legs, three levels and turned spindles A good looking and well made piece, this is the first one I have seen with these types of spindles, it looks to have been made by Jas Shoolbred, I've also never seen another with curved legs like this, usually they are seated on a basic cross section of timber. It's also very rare to find a triple tiered version, usually they are just the two levels In terms of the condition it has been deep cleaned and that’s it, the finish is perfect, it has the most wonderful patina Dimensions Height:- 97cm Width:- 50cm Depth:- 50cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.
