These are the ingredients that Philip Imbrighi, young artist active in Rome, reworks and mix to give life to an artistic production that arises in its own right in the very heart of the contemporary dimension. His is an urban aesthetic, which generates meaning and visual harmony by layering as well as, indeed, happens in the lives of all of us, in the life of the metropolis. We are in fact nothing but overlapping fragments, a mosaic of dreams and mythicization. After all we are what we see, as we digest and in how many pieces we divide the process of reworking. The cities are living on their skin budding visual cues and meanings that flourish on the roads, on its walls and grow with them.
