Painted Ceramic Albisola Mazzotti Vase, 1920s

Great white vase in Mazzotti painted majolica. His work is above all that of his children Tullio and Torid who collaborate with him to the manufacture obtains numerous awards and in the world. In Paris in 1935 he obtained the Grand Prix. The manufacture always achieves great successes and becomes famous both for the avant -garde production that realizes both the most important artists and ceramists active in the Albisole both in the ranks of its collaborators. with the Second War, the factory is forced to close and in 1944 Giuseppe Mazzotti died, as a clearer, in San Michele di Mondovì.
