Tiffany Bouelle Right O2 armchair by Babel Brune Dimensions: D 63 x W 54 x H 67 cm, Seat H 35 cm. Material: Suede velvet 380g / m², steel. This special edition piece, created in collaboration with the Franco-Japanese artist Tiffany Bouelle, echoes the art of calligraphy that she learned in Japan from her grandfather. We were keen to transmit the energy and modernity for which she is recognised in the art world (and beyond). His 'signature' brushstroke is thus expressed on the fabric, her gestures printed onto the object as if suspended in time. The pieces are published in limited series, all signed by the artist and numbered. At the meeting-point of art and design, this armchair will mark your interior with its imprint and identity. The Armchair 02 brings together the expertise of several trades, all located around Lille, France. The textile artworks and patterns are all exclusive to Babel Brune, imagined and developed in-house, with the invaluable help of our partner textile designers.
