The mapping is detailed and accurate. They show the main possessions of European countries all over as they were at the time.

It is an interesting world map collector, from furniture, historical and geographical value, thanks to its more than good condition, and also some interest in the antiquities market. Globes of this kind does not now find many.

The caption located in the northern part of the Pacific says:

Terrestrial Globe, scale 1: 50,000,000, diameter 25.5 cm Publisher Bolis Bergamo.

Among other things, shows the average limits of the Arctic and Antarctic icebergs.

The map of the world that we propose here is a political physical globe of 25.5 cm in diameter publisher Bolis of Bergamo.
Italian language.

The map is printed on twelve segments, applied on an aluminum sphere. The globe rotates on a central axis and is supported by a metal bow, inserted on a painted aluminum base, characteristic of this firm.

The conditions are very good, no abrasions.
The entire surface is readable, and is of a light green color which well fits in with the coated aluminum base.

The base has a diameter of about 17 cm high and is about 13.5 cm The globe is high total of about 41 cm.
